About Me

I'm a 2X Emmy-award winning video journalist, producer and cinematographer with over a decade of experience making documentaries and covering the news. My work has appeared on The New York Times, FX/Hulu, Showtime, VICE News Tonight, The Atlantic, and more. I've reported stories all over the world and speak four languages. I'm drawn toward character-driven stories that amplify overlooked voices. My latest work is a short documentary film called Sound Guardians, about an indigenous community in Borneo preserving its eco-cultural heritage through sound recordings as Indonesia cuts down the forest to build a new capital city. When not telling stories, I enjoy making art and spending time outdoors in the beautiful state of Colorado I'm lucky to currently call home.
